Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

Job Type: Full time, Fresher
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement learning programs that keep children naturally engaged and curious.
- Use creative teaching aids and interactive methods to make learning enjoyable.
- Ensure that all activities adhere to the school's curriculum and educational standards.
- Encourage children to communicate, collaborate, and build social competence.
- Foster a supportive atmosphere where every child feels valued and heard.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts between children in a calm and constructive manner.
- Communicate with parents as needed to discuss concerns, progress, and updates.
- Maintain close observation of children to understand their individual needs and behaviors.
- Track and document each child's developmental progress and share insights with parents.
- Collaborate effectively with other educators and staff members at the centre.




- Engage with parents to better understand each child’s background and upbringing.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and healthy classroom environment at all times.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Relevant experience in early childhood education (preferred but not mandatory for freshers).
- Demonstrated nurturing qualities with a patient, compassionate, and positive attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in all situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
