MIS Executive (Advanced Excel / Automation)

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical *MIS Executive* to manage our data reporting and process automation. In this role, you will play a crucial part in organizing operational data, creating actionable dashboards, and streamlining internal reporting systems to support strategic decisions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- *Data Management & Reporting:* Prepare, maintain, and update accurate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on time.
- *Dashboard & Insights Creation:* Build interactive dashboards, dynamic pivot tables, and automated report templates using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets to extract meaningful business insights.
- *Process Automation:* Leverage Google AppScript and JavaScript (if experienced) to automate repetitive data flows, saving team bandwidth and eliminating manual errors.
- *Data Integrity:* Perform regular data audits, validation checks, and data cleaning to ensure 100% reporting accuracy.




- *Cross-Departmental Support:* Collaborate with operational teams to understand data requirements and customize reporting frameworks accordingly.
Requirements & Skills:
- *Proven Track Record:* 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a dedicated MIS or Data Analyst role.
- *Spreadsheet Mastery:* Strong working knowledge of Advanced Excel & Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, and Nested Formulas).
- *Programming Skills (Highly Preferred):* Practical knowledge of *AppScript* and *JavaScript* to build custom scripts and automation logic.
- *Analytical Mindset:* Excellent logical reasoning, quantitative analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
- *Work Preference:* Ability to work on-site at our Nirman Nagar office in Jaipur.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
