About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Amazon E-commerce / Catalog Manager to manage and grow our Amazon business.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently manage Amazon catalog operations and take ownership of day-to-day marketplace requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage and optimize Amazon product listings.
- Write and optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions and backend search terms.
- Manage product variations, parent-child relationships and catalog corrections.
- Handle listing suppressions, stranded listings and other catalog issues.
- Monitor and maintain Amazon Account Health.
- Create and manage cases with Amazon Seller Support and follow up until resolution.
- Identify and resolve ASIN-related issues, listing errors and product detail page problems.




- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to improve product visibility.
- Coordinate with the design team for product images, A+ Content and other listing requirements.
- Upload and manage catalog data using Amazon flat files.
- Monitor customer complaints related to product listings and identify recurring issues.
- Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, purchase and operations teams.
- Maintain accurate product information, pricing, inventory and attributes.
- Prepare regular reports on catalog performance and listing issues.
- Stay updated with Amazon policies, marketplace changes and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, discoverability and overall catalog quality.

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon catalog management and listing optimization.
- Experience with Amazon SEO and keyword research.
- Valuable understanding of Amazon flat files and bulk list
