Key Responsibilities

Team Management
- Supervise and manage the daily activities of the sales and operations team.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team meetings.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, discipline, and overall team performance.
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.

Sales & Business Development
- Drive revenue growth through effective management of B2B and B2C travel sales.
- Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are achieved.
- Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Monitor sales pipelines and conversion rates.
- Identify current business opportunities and partnerships.

B2B Operations
- Manage relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, channel partners, and distributors.
- Negotiate commercial terms with vendors and business partners.
- Ensure timely handling of quotations, bookings, and partner support.
- Strengthen long-term business relationships to maximize revenue.





B2C Operations
- Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the travel booking journey.
- Handle customer escalations, complaints, and service recovery.
- Guide customers regarding domestic and international travel packages, visa assistance, flights, hotels, cruises, and holiday planning.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Operational Management
- Monitor booking accuracy, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain operational efficiency and service quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and quality guidelines.

Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Analyze team performance, revenue, customer feedback, and operational metrics.
- Share actionable insights with senior management for business improvement.
