Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive:

This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills, along with the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients, market segments, and business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, market research, and other business development activities.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure consistent business growth.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions to address their business needs.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.




- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.

Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into successful business deals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and facilitate contract discussions.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Identify emerging opportunities and provide market insights to management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, forecasts, and revenue performance.

Internal Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
