We’re looking for a hands-on supply chain leader to drive performance and transformation across our India business. This role owns end-to-end supply chain operations—from demand planning and S&OP; to logistics, warehousing, and trade compliance. You’ll play a critical role in scaling the business, improving service levels,



and building a best-in-class supply chain that supports robust growth.

What You’ll Do:
Lead End-to-End Supply Chain:
- Own S&OP;, demand planning, production planning, and inventory management
- Deliver high service levels while optimizing working capital and cost

Drive Supply Chain Transformation:
- Lead system integration (SAP, Blue Yonder) across India operations
- Build a more mature S&OP; process with longer-term planning and financial alignment
- Scale supply chain capabilities to support significant business growth

Improve Performance & Efficiency:
- Improve forecast accuracy and reduce bias
- Optimize production planning, capacity utilization, and plan adherence
- Strengthen inventory health and reduce slow-moving or obsolete stock
- Drive high service levels (on-time, in-full delivery)

Logistics & Operations Excellence:
- Manage warehouse operations across internal and 3PL networks
- Optimize transportation, routes, and carrier perfo
