Portfolio Manager (Startup Ecosystem)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor startup and innovation program portfolios.
- Track portfolio performance and prepare dashboards, reports, and executive presentations.
- Conduct performance reviews, audits, and stakeholder meetings.
- Analyze portfolio data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare analytical reports, policy briefs, case studies, and management updates.
- Ensure compliance, documentation, and timely reporting across projects.
- Coordinate with startups, incubators, investors, academic institutions, and internal teams.
- Support program implementation, research initiatives, and ecosystem development activities.

Required Skills:
- Strong portfolio and program management skills.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong organizational,



problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Economics, Public Policy, Business, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.

Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in Portfolio Management, Program Management, Startup Ecosystem, Consulting, Incubation, Venture Capital, Government Programs, CSR, ESG, or Innovation Management.
- Experience working with startups, incubators, investors, funding agencies, or government initiatives will be an added advantage.

Note

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
