We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive who can independently manage accounting, payroll, taxation, statutory compliance and financial reporting while ensuring complete compliance with Indian tax laws.

Job Summary

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting, GST compliance, payroll processing, TDS, Professional Tax (PT), PF, ESIC, bank reconciliation, vendor payments, customer billing and statutory compliance.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts and payments.
- General Ledger maintenance.
- Journal Entries.
- Cash Book & Bank Book maintenance.
- Petty Cash Management.
- Monthly & Year-End Closing.
- Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS).

Payroll Processing

Salary calculations should include:
- Basic Salary.
- HRA.
- Special Allowance.




- Leave Deduction.
- LOP (Loss of Pay).
- Overtime (if applicable).
- Incentives.
- Bonus.
- Reimbursements.
- Advance Salary Adjustments.

Salary Deductions
- TDS Deduction.
- Skilled Tax (PT).
- Provident Fund (PF).
- Employees State Insurance (ESIC).
- Labour Welfare Fund (where applicable).
- Income Tax deductions.
- Salary Structure Preparation.
- Net Salary Calculation.
- Full & Final Settlement (F&F;).

GST Compliance
- GST Registration support.
- GST Invoicing.
- GST Reconciliation.
- GSTR-1 Preparation.
- GSTR-3B Preparation.
- Input Tax Credit (ITC) Reconciliation.
- Vendor GST Verification.
- GST Working Papers.
- GST Notice Coordination.

TDS Compliance
- TDS Deduction.
- TDS Payment.
