Job Title: Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Summary: The Engineer should assist and monitor Civil work at construction project sites. The role involves coordinating with Site Staff/team, checking daily work progress,coordinating with project stakeholders,consultants and ensuring the design with quality standards are followed.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising work at site
- Check daily work progress and report to seniors
- Ensure work is done as per drawings and instructions
- Coordinate with all project stakeholders and consultants
- Support in site measurements and material checks
- Help maintain basic site records and reports
- Follow safety rules at the site
- Deriving quantities of all Civil Items,material,etc in proper formats
- Identify issues at site and inform the project manager

Required Qualifications & Skills




- Degree in Civil Engineering with Masters in Construction Management (preferred)
- Basic understanding of drawings and materials.
- Willingness to learn and work on-site
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office preferred)

Experience
- Site experience of minimum 3 years

Work Environment
- In office work
- Field-based role with learning opportunities

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Construction site: 3 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:
- 50% (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra
