Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, client-focused, and execution-driven Destination Wedding Planner who can manage end-to-end planning and execution of destination weddings across India and international locations.
The Destination Wedding Planner will be responsible for transforming client visions into extraordinary wedding experiences while delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities1. Client Servicing & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the wedding planning and execution journey.
- Understand client expectations, preferences, budgets, and event requirements.
- Conduct client meetings, planning discussions, presentations, and review sessions.
- Build robust relationships and ensure a premium customer experience.
- Provide regular project updates and maintain transparent communication.
- Manage client feedback, concerns, and last-minute requirements professionally.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
2. Wedding Planning & Project Management
- Plan and manage destination weddings from concept to execution.
- Develop detailed project timelines, wedding schedules, and execution plans.
- Coordinate all wedding functions and ceremonies.
- Prepare planning documents, checklists, guest schedules, and operational plans.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues.
