Professionals who provide organizations with guidance on financial accuracy, internal controls and regulatory compliance. They examine and improve operating practices, and financial and risk management processes of the organization.
- It helps an organization accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control,



and governance processes.
- Undertake internal audits to ensure the company meets its financial, operational and compliance objectives.
- Individuals play an active role in the maintenance and review of policies and procedures, including ensuring they are up to date with all legislation and best practices.
- Professionals at this level are experienced tech managers/managers and supervise skilled level employees.
- Provides overall direction for complex activities -providing guidance and inputs for a medium size project or multiple small sized projects.
- They adapt to various communication styles and interpret non-routine and conflicting information.
- They have good project and people management skills and require appropriate knowledge and skills to make sound judgments and select the alternate course of action.
