Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents through phone calls, online meetings, and face-to-face interactions.
- Guide students in selecting the right course based on their career goals.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
- Handle admission-related queries and explain course details, eligibility, fees, and payment options.
- Support students throughout the admission, loan, and enrollment process.
- Manage and update lead information in the CRM system.
- Invite prospects to demo sessions, webinars, and counseling events.
- Handle objections professionally and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Ensure timely fee collection for students opting for EMI or installment plans.
- Build strong relationships with students and generate referrals.
- Achieve individual monthly admission targets while contributing to team revenue goals.

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Admission Counseling, Education Sales, Academic Counseling, Telecalling, or Inside Sales is preferred.
- Positive attitude, customer-focused approach, and willingness to learn.
