- Build and maintain secure, reliable, and well-documented REST APIs using Django REST Framework.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas, queries, indexes, and relationships.
- Translate functional and business requirements into reliable technical solutions.
- Develop authentication, authorization, user management, and role-based access control features.
- Integrate third-party services and external APIs.
- Write clean, modular, reusable, and maintainable code in accordance with established coding standards.
- Write unit tests and support functional, integration, regression, and API testing.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration between backend services and user interfaces.
- Collaborate with QA engineers to investigate defects, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver timely fixes.




- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, system architecture, security, and engineering practices.

Required Skills and Experience
- 3-5 years of professional backend development experience using Python.
- Solid hands-on experience with Django and Django REST Framework.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, including database design, relationships, indexing, and query optimization.
- Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Good understanding of Django ORM and database migration management.
- Experience implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms, including JWT or token-based authentication.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and software design principles.
- Experience with Git-based version control, branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
