Customer Relationship Manager (Post Sales) | Shamshabad, HyderabadAbout the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage post-sales customer relationships and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, Dispatch, Warehouse, Installation, and Accounts teams for timely order execution.
- Provide customers with regular updates on order status, dispatch schedules, deliveries, and installation timelines.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally while ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain continuous follow-up with customers until successful order completion.
- Maintain accurate customer records, order details, and CRM database.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, vendors, and internal departments whenever required.
- Prepare quotations, customer reports, MIS reports, and business updates as required.
- Ensure all customer documentation and records are maintained accurately.
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.




- Deliver an outstanding post-sales customer experience.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Marketing, or any related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales/Business Management) is preferred.:
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.:
- Prior experience in a showroom environment, preferably in Tiles, Natural Stones, Building Materials, Home Décor, Luxury Retail, Furniture, or Interior Products, will be an added advantage.:
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory. Knowledge of Telugu will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in Post Sales, CRM, or showroom customer handling will be preferred.
