Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Production: Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the kids' garment production floor, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high quality. Ensure orders are completed on time for fulfillment and shipping.
- E-Commerce Order Fulfillment: Coordinate closely with the e-commerce and logistics teams to ensure smooth processing of orders. Ensure production is aligned with fluctuating e-commerce demands, peak season volumes, and timely delivery to meet customer expectations.
- Team Leadership and Training: Lead, train, and motivate a team of production workers, including sewing operators, finishers, and quality controllers. Provide guidance on effective production practices, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Maintain strict quality control procedures to ensure the garments produced meet both safety and aesthetic standards. Regularly inspect finished products, conduct quality audits,



and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Inventory and Material Management: Ensure the timely availability of materials required for garment production (fabric, trims, packaging). Work with the procurement team to avoid stock-outs and optimize material usage, minimizing wastage.
- Production Planning and Scheduling: Collaborate with the production and planning teams to create detailed daily/weekly production schedules. Adjust schedules based on customer order demands, seasonal spikes, and raw material availability.
- Efficiency and Productivity: Monitor production processes and workflows to identify and implement opportunities for improvement. Optimize production line performance to minimize downtime, reduce waste, and maximize productivity.
