A reputed company in the Cable Industry is looking for an experienced Plant Head (Operations) to lead overall manufacturing and plant operations.

Location: Neemrana (Rajasthan)

Experience: 10-15 Years

Salary: ₹10 - ₹15 LPA

Role Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end plant operations & production
- Ensure productivity, quality & operational efficiency
- Handle production planning, maintenance & dispatch
- Lead manpower management and team performance
- Ensure compliance with safety & quality standards
- Drive process improvement and cost optimization initiatives

Desired Profile:
Strong experience in cable manufacturing operations

Leadership skills with team handling expertise

Knowledge of production planning, maintenance & quality systems

Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities

Qualification:
B.Tech / BE in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or related field.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
