Sreema Group is hiring experienced and target-driven Sales Managers to lead sales activities, manage customer relationships, and achieve monthly business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage client follow-ups, meetings, and negotiations.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in sales, business development, or customer handling.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and reporting.
- Fluency in English and Bengali preferred.

Experience: 1-5 years in sales or business development
