Role Description

Responsibilities
- Conduct objective, fair, accurate, thorough, and timely investigations into whistle-blower allegations including ethical complaints, unauthorised data extraction etc.
- Review and analyze documents, evidences, system logs, and other relevant information to establish facts, assess risks, and determine policy violations or misconduct.
- Plan and execute interviews and evidence-gathering activities, working closely with HR, Legal, Compliance, Information Security, and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate and work closely with external agencies, consultants, forensic experts, or service providers engaged for investigations and project execution, as required.
- Prepare investigation reports and summaries, including findings, conclusions, recommendations,



and periodic dashboards, management updates, and presentations for internal review meetings and senior management.
- Highlight any control gaps and process weaknesses identified during the review.
- Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and accurate investigation logs, case records, and documentation throughout the investigation lifecycle.
- Manage and prioritize a diverse caseload to ensure effective and timely closure of investigations.

Requirements:
- Proven working experience in related field

Ø 3 - 4 years of experience in Fraud investigations department from a reputed CA firm / Industry
- Strong analytical, interviewing, investigation, and report-writing skills, with experience in evidence analysis and case management.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and work independently with mínimal supervision.
