* 8 to 12+ years of experience in High-Fashion Western Wear (Tops, Dresses, Trousers/Bottoms).
- Absolute mastery in MANUAL drafting and DRAPING (CAD is NOT compulsory).
- Deep understanding of complex western cuts, cowls, bias cuts, corsets, and structured fits.
- Must be able to grade sizes accurately by hand.
- Capability to guide and supervise sampling tailors to ensure high-quality finishes.
- Targeted output of 3 distinct current style designs cut per day.
- Selection Process: 1-day practical trade test at our Vasai unit (Paid trial)
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
