The person will support the AI Project Desk in tracking, analysing, and improving the adoption

and performance of Kapture's AI solutions across customer accounts.

The role will focus on building visibility into how AI products are performing post-deployment —

whether customers are actively using the solutions, whether the expected business outcomes

are being achieved, and where intervention may be required.

The Analyst will work closely with the Delivery, Product, and Account teams to maintain

accurate data, generate actionable insights, and identify accounts that require attention or have

opportunities for further adoption and expansion.

This is a high-ownership role suited for individuals who can operate in evolving environments

and contribute to building a current category of solutions.
- Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the AI Adoption & ROI Tracker across customer accounts.
- Track key metrics related to AI product usage, adoption, performance, and business

outcomes.
- Analyse account-level data to identify adoption gaps, performance trends, and potential





risks.
- Prepare regular dashboards and reports for Account reviews.
- Support the identification of accounts that are stuck at the pilot or early adoption stage.
- Track progress of AI deployments from Pilot Adoption Scale Expansion.
- Work with Accounts and Delivery teams to collect relevant customer and performance

data.
- Support preparation of customer adoption reviews, QBR inputs, and ROI reports.
- Identify patterns across accounts and use cases that can help improve AI adoption and

scalability.
- Maintain data and documentation related to AI use cases, customer outcomes, and

expansion opportunities.
- Support the AI Project Desk in building case studies, benchmarks, and reusable insights

for future AI deployments.
