We are seeking a skilled Manager Accountingto join Finance Transformation-Global Finance Services Division.
The incumbent would manage the deployment of ERP systems to support financial record keeping, reporting, tax filing and other accounting functions for the organization as part of the Global Process Owner (GPO) team from Bangalore Global Business Services (GBS) Organization.
The preference for this role is to be based out of Whitefield Office, Bangalore, India
What you will do
- Providing multi-functional accounting support for ERP deployments, including to-be process design, testing and training, data cleansing, cutover planning and hyper-care support.
- Acting as a liaison between technical and operational accounting teams, connecting legacy processes to the future state.
- Ensuring the accounting processes are designed in line with overall goals of the Global Business Services organization, advocating for simplification and standardization and automated processes where possibl
