Job Title: Medical Coordinator

Reporting to: Medical Director

Job Summary

The Medical Coordinator provides operational, and coordination support to the Medical Director, ensuring smooth functioning of the Clinical Services Department.

Operational Support
- Assist the Medical Director in monitoring departmental performance indicators.
- Compile data related to occupancy, ARPOB, clinical indicators, quality metrics, NABH/JCI requirements, and departmental reports.
- Support preparation of presentations for and as needed by the Medical Director.
- Maintain trackers for projects, audits, compliance activities, and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in NABH/JCI accreditation-related documentation and follow-up.
- Support coordination of audits, inspections, committee meetings, and corrective action tracking.
- Coordinate special projects, events, workshops, conferences, and consultant engagement activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive medical, administrative, and personnel information.

Meeting & Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate departmental meetings,



consultant meetings.
- Ensure timely circulation of agendas, supporting documents, and minutes.
- Track action points and follow up with concerned departments for closure.
- Coordinate with consultants, department heads, nursing services, HR, operations, finance, quality, infection control, and biomedical departments.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MOM), presentations, reports, and follow-up action trackers.
- Provide administrative support during hospital inspections, accreditation visits, and management reviews.

Additional Responsibilities
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Medical Director.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Additional certification in hospital administration or healthcare management will be an advantage.
