Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, frappes, and other beverages according to cafe standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
- Maintain consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
- Take customer orders and provide friendly service.
- Keep the coffee station, equipment, and work area clean and organized.
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in opening and closing duties.
- Suggest menu items and upsell products when appropriate.

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a barista is preferred.
- Knowledge of espresso-based beverages and coffee brewing techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
