Hi, I'm Swapnica Jain, founder of a digital marketing and brand growth agency working with global brands across fashion, skincare, wellness, coaching, and salons. We need a designer who can independently take a content/project brief and turn it into finished, on-brand social posts, stories, and short-form video/reels without needing every detail spelled out.

This is not an execution-only role. I'm not looking for someone who waits for instructions and replicates what they're told. I'm looking for someone who looks at a brand and already has ideas - someone who can conceptualise campaigns, think in aesthetics, and then bring those ideas to life themselves.

What You'll Own:
- Creative Conceptualisation_
- Study each client's brand, audience, and industry and develop original creative directions
- Conceptualise content themes, campaign ideas, and visual narratives not just individual posts
- Bring ideas to the table before being asked "here's what I think we should do this month and why"




- Understand what performs on each platform and let that inform your creative decisions, not just what looks positive

What You'll Do
- Design daily/weekly social media posts (Instagram, Facebook) across multiple client accounts - feed posts, stories, carousels, and mostly reels.
- Edit short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) - trimming, captions, transitions, music sync
- should know edits (Instagram native editing app), CapCut, Canva Video editing
- Create & use AI image and video tools to speed up production of quick story content and creative variations
- Design ad creatives (static and video) based on briefs for Meta ad campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency across each client's visual identity colors, fonts, tone
- Turn around quick-need content (a same-day story, a trending audio Reel) with mínimal back-and-forth
- Post content directly to client social accounts on schedule
- Take and edit product/lifestyle photos when needed for shoots
