Job Title: HR Intern

Employment Type: Full-Time Internship
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday | 2 Saturday off

ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Support the onboarding and induction process for current joiners
- Maintain and update employee records, HRMS data, and MIS reports
- Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal events
- Draft HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and experience certificates
- Support payroll data collation and monthly attendance tracking
- Handle routine HR queries from employees and escalate as required
- Assist in performance appraisal documentation and coordination
- Coordinate training and development schedules across departments
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department





WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of HR concepts and Indian labor practices
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to multitask and work well in a team
