Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions in timely manner.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking ownership.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.




- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Required Skills:
- Any Graduate (Without any standing arrears)
- Previous experience in a customer support role will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills (written & spoken).
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Positive typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of assistance logs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
