Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.

Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Develop reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics using business intelligence tools.

Perform data analysis to support strategic planning, forecasting, and business decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Required Skills:
Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query)

SQL for data extraction and analysis

Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development

Business process analysis and process mapping

Strong presentation and communication skills
