About the Role
We are looking for Operations Executive who will be responsible for managing day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring smooth movement of goods, timely deliveries, and effective coordination between vendors, warehouses, and customers.

Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including procurement, warehousing, and distribution
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams for timely dispatch and delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
- Track shipments and resolve any delays or operational issues
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and inventory data
- Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics regulations
- Analyze operational performance and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost reduction
- Handle customer queries related to delivery and logistics




- Prepare reports on supply chain performance (KPIs, delays, costs, etc.)

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-4 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS)
- Familiarity with data analysis tools

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (like SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
