Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through field visits, industrial contacts, references, and digital inquiries.
- Market and sell Neotech Boilers' complete product range:
- Steam Boilers - for process steam requirements across industries
- Hot Air Generators - for drying, curing, and heating processes
- Hot Water Generators - for commercial and industrial hot water requirements




- Conduct customer visits to understand process heating needs and recommend the appropriate product and configuration.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations, proposals, and tender documents in coordination with the technical team.
- Follow up on submitted offers, negotiate commercial terms, and work toward order closure.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with plant heads, purchase managers, consultants, contractors, and OEMs.
- Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and service teams to ensure smooth order execution and post-sale customer support.
- Track market developments, competitor products, industry trends, and customer feedback.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Support collection follow-up and ensure commercial closure of orders.
- Participate in trade exhibitions, industry events, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
