About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with solid hands-on experience in Real Estate Lead Generation to join our team.

You will be responsible for generating high-quality real estate leads, improving campaign performance, controlling CPL, and continuously optimizing campaigns to deliver better ROI for our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Meta Ads - Facebook & Instagram
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns for real estate projects.
- Set up and manage Meta Ads campaigns, ad sets, audiences, and creatives.
- Work with Lead Forms, WhatsApp campaigns, Landing Page campaigns, and conversion campaigns.
- Create and test different audience segments, creatives, copy, and offers.
- Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
- Monitor CPL, CTR, CPM, CPC, conversion rate, and lead quality.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance.

Google Ads
- Plan and manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and build relevant keyword lists.




- Create and optimize search campaigns for real estate projects.
- Manage negative keywords, bidding strategies, budgets, and ad extensions/assets.
- Track conversions and optimize campaigns for qualified leads.
- Analyze search terms and campaign performance regularly.

YouTube Ads
- Plan and execute YouTube video advertising campaigns.
- Run campaigns for real estate project awareness and lead generation.
- Develop audience targeting strategies including remarketing, custom audiences, and interest-based targeting.
- Monitor CPV, CTR, conversions, CPL, and overall campaign performance.
- Test different videos, hooks, audiences, and campaign objectives.

REAL ESTATE LEAD GENERATION

Ad → Landing Page / Lead Form / WhatsApp → Lead → Sales Team → Site Visit → Booking

You should be comfortable working with metrics such as:
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Cost Per Qualified Lead (CPQL)
- Cost Per Site Visit
- Conversion Rate
- Lead-to-Site-Visit Rat
