Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day interior execution activities at site.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor carpentry, electrical, false ceiling, painting, plumbing, and finishing works.
- Verify site measurements and ensure execution as per approved drawings.
- Ensure proper installation of modular furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, and other interior elements.
- Track material deliveries and maintain site inventory records.
- Monitor labour productivity and ensure work progresses as per project schedule.
- Conduct quality inspections during and after execution.
- Identify and report site issues, delays, and deviations to the Project Manager.
- Ensure site cleanliness, safety compliance, and proper material handling.
- Maintain daily work progress reports and site documentation.
- Assist in snag rectification and final project handover.
Required Skills:
- Robust understanding of residential interior execution.
- Ability to read and interpret 2D drawings and elevations.
- Knowledge of modular furniture installation and site coordination.
- Basic understanding of BOQ and material specifications.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and WhatsApp-based reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in interior site supervision.
- Experience handling apartments, villas, and turnkey interior projects.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Project completion within scheduled timelines.
- Quality compliance and mínimal rework.
- Effective labour and vendor management.
- Timely reporting and documentation.
- Client satisfaction during execution and handover
