Job Description:
Profike: Boutique Fashion Designer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualize and create unique garments and collections for the Boutique.

2. Read market/competitor's movement and track latest trendy fashion designs

3. Sketch recent designs, select fabric combinations.

4. Creative flair, knowledge of garment construction, and sewing proficiency.

5. Assist customers with styling, finding the right fit, and driving purchases.

6. Keeps the sales floor organized, restock racks, and arrange attractive displays.

7. Excellent communication, polite, fashion knowledge, and multitasking abilities.

8. Foster a welcoming/ Refreshing environment for everyone and resolve customer complaints/ escalate to the next level.

9. Take client's measurement, conduct fitting, and create custom patterns.

10. Collaborate with Cutting Masters and Tailors to bring designs to life.
