1. Fire Safety Maintenance & Inspections
- To conduct daily safety checks on fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, sprinklers, alarms, and hydrants etc.
- To ensure all hospital /Properties area comply with fire codes, with focus on high-risk zones (ICU, pharmacy, operating theatres etc.).
- To provide training to OSA/external customer staff.
- To provide report or prompt information over surveillance and vigilance observations and finding as per as per prevalent practices/policy.

2. Emergency Preparedness & Incident Management
- To lead emergency response during fire/security incidents.
- To Conduct fire drills and ensure smooth evacuation procedures.
- To ensure Investigate fire-related incidents and implement corrective actions.

3. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management
- To ensure compliance with fire codes, State & National standards, and legal requirements.
- To ensure Assess hospital fire hazards, evaluate risks, and implement additional safety measures.

4. Preventive & Protective Measures




- To enforce fire safety protocols and security measures to prevent sabotage and accidents.
- To ensure and recommend corrective actions to mitigate identified risks.

5. Security & Access Control
- To ensure and Monitor CCTV, access control systems, and emergency alarms.
- To enforce proper access control procedures for staff, visitors and vehicles.
- To monitor Assets and property protection safeguard company assets and equipment’s.
- To respond promptly to security breaches or suspicious activity.

6. Incident Reporting & Documentation
- To maintain logs of fire drills, safety inspections, and emergency response reports.
- To ensure Generate reports on security and fire safety concerns.
- To ensure Assign duties and ensure coverage of all key areas.
- To maintain duty rosters and leave schedule.

7. Customer Service & Conflict Resolution
- To ensure Address safety-related concerns of hospital staff, patients, and visitors.
