About the role:
Key responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/marketing targets without fail
- Generate leads and convert prospects through field visits, calls, and follow-ups
- Promote products/services to new and existing clients in the assigned territory
- Maintain a daily activity report and submit timely performance updates
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct market surveys and gather competitor insights to support strategy
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery
- Knowledge of client handling, lead generation, site visits, quotation preparation, and closing water treatment projects will be preferred.

Requirements:




- 1-7 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development in FBS
- Minimum Higher Secondary or Graduate (preferred)
- Must own a bike with a valid driving licence for daily field work
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets

Compensation & perks:
