We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales Specialist to expand our software business and build strong customer relationships.

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Generate current business through calling, referrals, networking, digital leads, and other sales activities.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions.
- Negotiate and close business opportunities.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and customers.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Update customer information and sales activities in CRM.
- Coordinate with the implementation and support teams for smooth project handover.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills:
- Mandatory experience in Software Sales.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in selling ERP, CRM, SaaS, Accounting Software, HRMS, or other Business Software Solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business development and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable software solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
