The studio offers programs such as yoga, dance, fitness, and activity-based learning for children and women, fostering confidence, well-being, and overall growth in a safe and engaging environment.

Location: Soulsprout Studio, Byculla, Mumbai

Experience: 6 Month to 3+ years

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Working Days:6 Days ( Monday to Friday any one day week-off)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, result-oriented Digital Marketing & Business Development qualified who is willing to go extra miles to drive marketing initiatives and business growth for the studio through strategic campaigns, partnerships, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:




- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
- Manage social media platforms and content strategy
- Generate leads and drive enrollments for studio programs
- Build and maintain partnerships with schools, communities, and local networks
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas
- Coordinate promotional events, workshops, and outreach activities
- Track campaign performance and optimize for better results

Requirements:
- 6 months to 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or business development
- Excellent communication skills, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media, and analytics
- Ability to work independently and meet targets

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
