Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Experience: 6 Months - 1 Year (Outbound Calling / Sales - Mandatory)
Education: Graduate in any discipline
CTC: ₹26,000 per month
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Weekly Off: 1 Day
Shift: Rotational shifts between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

About the Process

The Wealth Mutual Fund outbound process involves engaging with customers to promote Mutual Fund products, explain portfolio options, drive conversions, and support customers throughout their wealth-related journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers to explain Mutual Fund offerings under the Wealth portfolio.
- Understand customer investment goals and align suitable Mutual Fund products accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through qualified communication.
- Deliver high-quality sales pitches and handle customer objections effectively.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-up records.
- Meet sales, productivity,



and call quality targets consistently.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory norms, and audit requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 months - 1 year of experience in an outbound calling or sales process is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to drive sales through advisory-based conversations.
- Good understanding of Wealth / Mutual Fund processes is preferred.
- Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined.
- Basic computer proficiency for CRM and documentation.

Additional Benefits
- ₹5,000 after successful completion of 30 days.
- ₹5,000 after successful completion of 60 days.
