Salary: Starting from ₹20,000 per month

MDT Stone & Furniture is looking for a CAD Designer & Factory Coordinator who can create production drawings for RTA Cabinets and Furniture while also overseeing factory operations to ensure production is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed CAD drawings for RTA Cabinets, Furniture, Vanity Sets, and related products.
- Prepare production drawings, shop drawings, and technical documentation.
- Generate dimensions, cutting lists, and manufacturing specifications.
- Supervise factory production to ensure products are manufactured according to approved drawings.
- Coordinate with carpenters, machine operators, and production staff.
- Monitor production schedules, workflow, and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve production and drawing-related issues.
- Maintain production records, drawing revisions, and inventory coordination.
- Ensure efficient utilization of materials and manpower.
- Assist management in improving manufacturing processes and productivity.





Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
- Experience in furniture, cabinetry, modular kitchens, or woodworking manufacturing.
- Ability to prepare accurate production and shop drawings.
- Understanding of furniture manufacturing processes, materials, and machinery.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage factory operations and production teams.
- Freshers with exceptional CAD skills and a willingness to learn factory operations may also apply.

Compensation & Growth
- Starting salary:₹20,000 per month:
- Performance review every 3 months.
- Salary increments based on performance and contribution.
- Chance to grow into a Production Manager or Factory Manager role.
