Customer Support Executive - International Process

Working Days: 5 Days Working
Salary: ₹25,000 In-Hand per Month
Travel Allowance: ₹4,000 per Month / Both-Side Cab Facility (as per company policy)
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Experience: Freshers Can Apply
Location: Noida

Responsibilities:
-Handle customer queries in a qualified manner
-Provide accurate information and support to customers
-Resolve customer concerns as per process guidelines
-Maintain records of customer interactions and updates
-Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction
-Follow company policies, quality standards, and process requirements
-Coordinate with internal teams whenever required
-Meet assigned productivity and performance expectations

Requirements:
-Basic to good English communication skills
-Basic computer knowledge
-Comfortable working in an International Process environment




-Positive attitude and willingness to learn
