Position Relationship Manager - Sales (Premium Services & Unlisted Shares)

Compensation ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month (Fixed CTC) + Attractive Performance Incentives

Preferred Qualification -BBA / MBA (Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred) -Graduates with relevant sales experience may also apply

Key Responsibilities -Engage with HNI and UHNI clients to understand their investment requirements. -Present and sell Fynocrat's Premium Investment Advisory Services. -Pitch and facilitate investment opportunities in Unlisted Shares. -Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients. -Conduct follow-ups, client meetings, and virtual presentations. -Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. -Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.



-Coordinate with research and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience. -Stay updated on stock market trends, investment products, and wealth management solutions. Desired Skills & Competencies

Must Have -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. -Confidence in interacting with affluent clients. -Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. -Goal-oriented and self-driven personality. -Professional presentation and communication etiquette. Valuable to Have -Basic understanding of the Indian stock market. -Knowledge of investment products, equity markets, or wealth management. -Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, broking, or investment advisory sales.
