Must-Have:
- 5-8+ years of hands-on experience in Java and AWS development.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, JDBC, JPA, CRUD operations, and JUnit.
- Proven experience leading development teams and delivering complex software projects.
- Robust understanding of software design patterns, Agile methodologies, and problem-solving skills.
Good-to-Have:
- Java and AWS certifications.
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, SQL/NoSQL databases, REST APIs, and CI/CD/DevOps.
