We specialize in asbestos and non-asbestos products, PTFE products, rubber sheets, engineering plastics, gland packing, spiral wound gaskets, and custom gasket manufacturing, serving customers across various industries.

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to strengthen our sales team and drive business growth in the industrial and engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, industrial clients, and distributors.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable industrial sealing and gasket solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up until order closure.
- Manage the complete order lifecycle from enquiry to dispatch.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare technical documents, dimensional reports, product documentation, and test certificates.




- Assist in creating General Arrangement Drawings (GADs) for customer approvals.
- Maintain customer records, sales pipeline, and follow-up schedules in Excel/CRM.
- Support pricing strategies and maintain product catalogues.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Com, BBA, BE, Diploma, or equivalent)
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, industrial products, engineering products, manufacturing, or trading companies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to understand technical product specifications
- Solid customer relationship management skills

Preferred Skills
- Experience in industrial sealing products, gaskets, rubber products, engineering plastics, valves, pumps, or similar industrial products.
