Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounts, Taxation, and Compliance
- Experience in Startup, SaaS, Technology, E-commerce, or Digital Business preferred
- Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, and due diligence processes
- Experience handling finance independently and working directly with founders/promoters

Salary Range:6 to 9 LPA

Roles:
Taxation & Compliance
- Complete knowledge of income tax and GST filing.
- Handle CA documentation and all related compliance.
- Knowledge of CS duties, labour law, and related responsibilities.
- Statutory compliance — TDS, ROC / MCA filings, and annual compliance.

Finance, Documentation & Reporting
- Manage finance and documentation end to end, with proper SOPs set up.
- Financial planning & analysis — budgeting, cash flow management, and burn-rate / runway tracking (critical for an early-stage startup)
- MIS reporting — regular management reports and financial dashboards for the founder and core team.




- Audit coordination — liaise with external auditors and manage internal financial controls.
- Vendor, payroll and expense management.

Fundraising & Investor Work
- Involved in fundraising, shareholder agreements, shareholder certificates, and equity transfers.
- Work closely with the founder on investor meetings, finance, fundraising and backing.
- Due-diligence readiness — keep books and the data room investor-ready for funding rounds.

Leadership
- Able to deal with the CEO on a regular basis and take the lead on all finance matters.
- Own the finance function so the founder is freed from that headache.

Qualification:
- CA / CA Inter / CA Dropout with strong practical finance knowledge
- Bachelor//'s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Robust knowledge of GST, Income Tax, ROC/MCA compliance, and corporate finance
- Able to handle both finance and Company Secretary duties.
