About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and retail customers.
- Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Identify new business opportunities through client visits, networking, and referrals.
- Provide product presentations and recommend suitable solutions to customers.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure seamless order execution.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on market trends.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.
- Ensure exceptional customer service before and after sales.
- Support marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA (Sales/Marketing/Business Management)

- MBA (Sales/Marketing) Freshers with excellent communication skills and a solid passion for sales are also welcome to apply.:
- Experience in Tiles, Natural Stones, Ceramics, Sanitaryware, Building Materials, Home Décor, Interior Products, Luxury Retail, or Construction Industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Customer-focused with a target-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Pleasing personality with a positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
