Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (AI, Meta Ads & Google Ads Specialist)

Location: Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh
CTC: ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Develop, execute, and monitor Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.
- Utilize AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.) to improve campaign performance, content creation, audience research, and marketing automation.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on KPIs, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions, and lead generation metrics.
- Create compelling ad copies, creatives, and landing page recommendations.
- Optimize marketing funnels to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and AI innovations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve marketing and business objectives.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Robust command of AI tools and AI-assisted marketing workflows.
- Understanding of digital marketing analytics and performance tracking.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking is preferred.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing ad budgets and generating leads/sales through paid campaigns.
- Ability to independently handle end-to-end digital marketing activities.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
- Creative mindset with analytical thinking.
