Key Responsibilities Google Ads Management: end-to-end planning, setup, monitoring, and optimization of Google Search, Display, Performance Max (PMax), Shopping, and Video (YouTube) campaigns. Conversion Tracking & Analytics: Set up, audit, and troubleshoot conversion actions using Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4 (Google Analytics 4),



and energetic remarketing pixels. Audience & Remarketing Strategies: Build custom intent audiences, lookalike segments, and structured remarketing funnels to maximize customer retention and reduce CPA. Data Analysis & Performance Reporting: Monitor core advertising KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Impression Share, and Conversion Rate. Deliver actionable insights via Google Sheets/Excel. Cross-Channel Alignment: Coordinate with the SEO team to align paid search target keywords with organic strategies, ensuring total search dominance without cannibalizing organic traffic. A/B Testing: Continuously test ad copy, landing pages, bid strategies (Target CPA, Target ROAS, Max Conversions), and extensions.
