Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily business operations.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage budgets, resources, inventory, and operational expenses.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate staff performance across departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports for management.
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and profitability.
- Support strategic planning and business development activities.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of budgeting, process improvement, and performance management.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent management qualification.
- Experience in service management, facility management, or customer support operations.
- Certification in Project Management or Operations Management is an added advantage.
