What you’ll do:
"Supplier Developmentof Electrical parts with various suppliers as per Eaton standard requirements, APQP, PPAP completion and excute the flaw less launch.
- Supplier improvement and maintain the supplier performance. "
- "1. Follow up, evaluate and work on the approval of PPAP from external and internal suppliers
- 2. Identify, investigate, and Resolve Supplier Technical and/or System issues related to product or process realization to have effective closures.
- 3. Perform supplier capability assessments (process, quality system, technical competence)
- 4. Evaluate and qualify electrical/electronic suppliers (wiring harnesses, PCBs, ECUs, sensors, motors, coils, connectors, relays, etc.)
- 5. Drive supplier development plans to close gaps in quality, process, and technology
- 6. Support current supplier onboarding and localization initiatives
- 7. Lead PPAP / APQP, Control Plans & PFMEA, Process audits
- 8. Ensure compliance with applicable standards: IEC, UL, ISO, SAE, IPC
- 9. Validate supplier manufacturing processes for electrical products"

Qualifications:




BE in (Mechanical/Production/Aeronautical/ Industrial Engineering
- "1.Minimum 6~10 years of experience in, Manufacturing / or Process Engineering and Supplier Development and Quality

Skills:
Experience in working with global customers & suppliers."
