Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end e-commerce projects for multiple brands across premium marketplaces.
- Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies to drive revenue, visibility, and profitability.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure seamless project delivery.
- Manage marketplace onboarding, catalog setup, content optimization, and account health.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Catalog, Operations, Marketing, Content, and Finance to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor sales performance, GMV, ROAS, conversion rates, and other key business metrics.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and marketplace marketing initiatives.
- Ensure timely resolution of operational issues related to listings, inventory, logistics, returns, and reconciliations.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients and provide strategic recommendations for growth.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful project completion.




- Build and maintain solid relationships with marketplace account managers and key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and marketplace expansion strategies for clients.

Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Myntra, Nykaa, AJIO, Amazon, Flipkart, Tata CLiQ Luxury, and other premium marketplaces.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale e-commerce projects and marketplace growth.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and marketplace analytics.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
