Area Sales OfficerThe Area Sales Officer will be responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding market share within a designated geographical area for Piramal Pharma Limited. This role involves building strong customer relationships and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for pharmaceutical products within the designated area.
- Identify and acquire new customers (doctors, hospitals, pharmacists) while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, identify new business opportunities, and gather competitive intelligence.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and clinical data to healthcare professionals.
- Manage and monitor product inventory and ensure timely order placement and delivery.
- Organize and participate in medical camps, product launches, and other promotional activities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market feedback,



and expense statements as required.
- Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably within the assigned territory.
- Robust understanding of the pharmaceutical market, product knowledge, and competitor landscape.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
